Hi everybody! We had a fabulous experience in Ireland last week. We were there for 7 days (Monday 13th to the 20th) We were 34 students from 1st, 2nd and 3rd year ESO. We all lived with different Irish families so we had the opportunity to experience their culture, eat their food and live their lives with them. The medieval town were we stayed, called Kikenny, is a pretty little one with pedestrian streets a beautiful castle and an impressive cathedral. In the mornings we went to school and in the afternoons we practiced bowling, rugby or voleyball or looked for a treasure all around Kilkenny’s streets. Our last day, we went to Dublin where we visited the Croke Park stadium and practiced some hurling 🙂 Afterwards we went for a walk to the downtown area and did some shopping in Grafton Street and in Dundrum the biggest Commercial Center.
